Authentic connections move mountains

In 2018, founder and principal consultant of The Good Nexus, Sophy Chan-Nguyen began her consulting journey doing research fieldwork in Rio de Janeiro.

In Rio de Janeiro, she witnessed how businesses played a major role in supporting their communities by improving access to food, healthcare and job creation—showing how trust, responsiveness, and deep community ties can drive both social impact and sustainable growth.
